The Metex diesel engine pump sets are efficient, reliable, easy to handle and are trouble free in performance. The Pump case is of close grained cast iron with ample strength to withstand the maximum pressure. The impeller is also made of close grained cast iron and is perfectly balanced to give high degree of efficiency. The shaft is of extra large size and has the stiffness and is supported by ball bearings to prevent the hanging on stuffing box. The base plate is of steel channel sufficient in strength and easy to fix the engine and pump on it.
